Parts & Shipping Associate

Precision Marine is looking for a new team member to bring in a positive mindset and the drive to assist the parts department through all daily tasks. We are looking for someone to join our family as we continue to grow and can keep customer service at the forefront of our parts department.  

As the Parts and Shipping Associate at Precision Marine, you will enjoy multi-line training, relaxed working environment, weekends off, and multiple growth opportunities while working in a team setting within the parts department. 

This position is a key component in the parts department’s customer satisfaction. The position-holder is responsible for overseeing all daily shipments are completed while assisting customers at the parts counter and via phone/email as needed. We must ensure customer service remains high, issues are cautioned and addressed all in a professional and timely manner that represents the quality image Precision Marine enjoys.

Fulfill customers’ needs pertaining to shipments and parts needs while paying attention to detail:

• Fulfilling all shipping daily requirements
• Assisting customers at the counter and phones 
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone/email
• Learn and navigate electronic Parts Catalog 
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with teammates

• Attention to detail, customer driven, organized, efficient 
• Basic computer skills required
• Some heavy lifting will be required (~50-100lbs)

Within the parts department there are multiple areas for growth, and we seek additional feedback and ideas the team possesses to assist with positive change and growth throughout the organization.
