Shipping Policy
Due to potential carrier delays, Precision Marine cannot guarantee delivery timelines for shipments. Packages shipped via USPS may experience delays with no maximum delivery timeframe. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method at checkout. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives with 3-5 Business Days; USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives within 5-15 Business Days; and UPS Ground typically arrives within 1-5 Business Days. All timeframes based on Continental US destinations.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. However, processing may take up to 10 business days without prior notice.
Precision Marine reserves the right to place orders on hold for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Invalid or incomplete shipping address
- Items out of stock or backordered
- Additional review at our discretion
Orders may be held as long as necessary to ensure accuracy, prevent errors, and protect customer information. We also reserve the right to change the selected shipping carrier or service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before processing begins (when a shipping label is printed).
Cancellation requests made after processing will be treated as a return.
Local pickup orders may be canceled within 36 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests will be processed as returns. Please see the Refund Policy below.
Return Policy
Precision Marine accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined below.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Electrical goods (any parts, equipment, or appliances powered by electricity)
- Special-order items including, but not limited to:
- Propellers
- Complete trim units
- Assemblies
- Custom or made-to-order parts
All final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Return Conditions
Eligible items must be returned in the same condition as received, including:
- Original packaging (boxes, bags, and tags)
- All accessories (cords, remotes, etc.)
- Manuals, warranty cards, and documentation
- Any free gifts or bonus items
- All items included in bundles or kits
Engine Parts & Accessories
New items must be returned unopened and in original packaging; DO NOT write or place any labels directly on part packaging. Your item will be automatically DENIED eligibility for return or refund.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns.
If a return is refused after inspection, return shipping back to the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
Refused or denied returns will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, items will be considered abandoned and discarded.
Refund Policy
Approved cancellations made before processing are not subject to a restocking fee.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns that do not meet return requirements after inspection are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders paid via PayPal, Affirm, and Ebay have non-refundable merchant processing fees charged by the above payment providers. These fees are automatically deducted by the provider at the time of purchase and are not returned to Precision Marine in the event of a cancellation or refund. As a result, these processing fees will be deducted from any refundable amount and are separate from any applicable restocking fee.

Order & Pricing Terms
Precision Marine reserves the right to cancel any order due to backorders, out-of-stock items, invalid shipping information, or any circumstance preventing fulfillment.
Suzuki engine quote requests for non-local customers that do not comply with Suzuki’s out-of-box engine sales policies may not be accepted or responded to.
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
