Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. We do not guarantee any USPS(U.S postal service) shipping options, Packages shipped using this Carrier can be delayed with no maximum delay time. Please take this into consideration when checking out.
Orders are expected to be processed and shipped within 24 business hours. However orders may not ship for up to 10 business days without notice. We reserve the right to hold orders for: Suspicion of fraudulent activity, invalid shipping address, items out of stock, and our discretion for review. This hold can be as long as we see necessary to ensure no errors and the accuracy of orders, as well as the protection of our customers information. We reserve the right to change the customer selected shipping option/carrier on orders to ensure a safe and timely delivery of packages.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled up until the order has been processed(Shipping label printed). Order cancellation requests after this time will be processed as a return. Local pick up orders can be cancelled up to 36 hours after purchase, order cancellation requests after this time will be processed as a return. See Refund section for refund policy.
Return Policy: 14-DAY(S) RETURN PERIOD from date received on eligible items.
We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet our return policy terms.
Returns are not accepted on electrical goods(Electrical goods: parts, equipment, or appliances that work by means of electricity) and special ordered parts which include but are not limited to, Propellers, Complete Trim units, Assemblies, ect… These orders are considered final sale.
Eligible items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags, Accessories such as cords and remotes; Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards; “Free gifts” or bonus items; All items included in a bundle/kit

Engine Parts & Accessories:
New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable.
*Make sure to follow these guidelines, all returns are inspected. Inspected returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted and will be refused.
*Shipping costs for approved returns back to Precision Marine are the responsibility of the customer.
*Return shipping on items denied/refused that did not meet returned item guidelines after inspection, is the responsibility of the customer. Refused/denied returns are held for 30day(s) after this time items are considered abandoned and will be discarded.
Refund Policy: Cancellation requests that are approved prior to processing, will not be charged a restocking fee.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received that do not meet our return guidelines after inspection are not eligible for refund
*Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Approved cancelled and/or returned orders that were paid via Pay-Pal will be charged a processing fee up to 10% of the orders total; not including any restocking fee*.
Items received may not match listing pictures exactly, and item picture(s) should be used for reference only. All parts we sell are Genuine OEM Suzuki Parts unless otherwise specified in the items listing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item purchased is back-ordered, out of stock, shipping option/address isn’t valid or for any other reason that prevents us from completing the order with no previous warning.
Any Suzuki engine quote request that isn’t local and doesn’t meet Suzuki’s no in the box engine sales policy may not be accessed or replied to.
We reserve the right to change our prices as we see necessary, with no warning and all ongoing discounts/sales can be canceled at anytime.
We appreciate trust and confidence that our customers give to us and it is our main priority that the security and integrity of all personal information entered on our site is maintained. We will not share this information with any third party willingly. In an event that is out of our control and any information is compromised we do not accept responsibility and the security of the information given to us by any customer is not guaranteed.
